I live out of state and needed assistance on a simple residential real estate closing. I reached out to the firm through their website and got no response. After waiting a few days I reached out to the firm again via telephone and it went direct to voicemail. Finally, after a WEEK I got a call back. Needless to say I found other representation. Incredibly poor service and very unprofessional....
