Lovett & House

Gave them a 2-thousand-dollar deposit. Met with them twice a total of two hours. I ended up going to Ohio State University for cancer in September 2025 till December. After I got out of the hospital went for Kemo and radiation till February 2026.Called them to get a refund and they sent me a fictitious receipt saying they did this and that in Sept. Oct. Nov. Dec. and Jan. I was in the hospital I even told them I was going to the hospital. I hired them to file for custody of my wife they didn't even do that after I went to her doctor and got a paper saying she wasn't able to take care of herself. I wouldn't hire these guys to walk my dog. The receipt they sent me is nothing but lies to steel my money. Stay away from these guys unless you can be up their butt the whole time. All they did was take advantage of someone sick.

The reviews (before mine) are why I chose Lovett & House to update my family's trust, much needed due to moving back to Ohio from Tennessee. I worked with Leah Daugherty for yhe update. Leah asked the right questions to help me make the best decisions, and she helped me to understand Ohio's laws where I had concerns. My initial meeting was OK. I had a question that they weren’t sure how to answer. They were going to research and get back to me in two days. I went ahead and paid the $250 deposit in good faith. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard anything. It took two follow ups from me before George called me. He was rude and pushy. I could go into more details, but I’ll leave it at that. I was just trying to get a good understanding of all of my options so that I could make the decision, but George was only interested in pushing a decision on me. I might be out $250 but I will not give them another dime of my money.
