I have used this firm twice for personal closings of undeveloped land, and have another similar real estate closing which is planned for January 2026. Just called to ask some questions and the receptionist was very rude! Literally told me word for word with an attitude “idk you can make an appointment and come in and talk to him! “ definitely lost my business and anyone I know very unprofessional.
