Renee Bergmann and her team were absolutely instrumental in our recent house settlement. Renee Bergmann and her team were absolutely instrumental in our recent house settlement. This was an extremely complicated house sale because there was foreclosure, bankruptcy and divorce layers all involved on the sellers side. Renee and team navigated extremely tight deadlines, highly complex judgement issues, and multiple parties on the sellers side. She explained all situations simplistic for us to understand, came with remediation plans, and concrete/clear communications to the sellers side. Without Renee and team, we would not have been able to settle on this house. I would HIGHLY recommend Bergmann Law to anyone looking to buy a home in the PA and NJ area.
