DO NOT Hire for Litigation! Mike Jones cost me almost $45,000. He was supposed to litigate a case against a large Builder who breached my contract, which should have been straightforward. But my lawyer, Mike Jones, decided to fight the case at the builder's lawyer's office, which was odd, then decided to use the excuse that I didn't understand what a DocuSign was?? Totally different from our previous decision on...
DO NOT Hire for Litigation! Mike Jones cost me almost $45,000. He was supposed to litigate a case against a large Builder who breached my contract, which should have been straightforward. But my lawyer, Mike Jones, decided to fight the case at the builder's lawyer's office, which was odd, then decided to use the excuse that I didn't understand what a DocuSign was?? Totally different from our previous decision on how the builders breached the contract! Then he decided, without explaining anything to me, to pursue a mediation with a retired civilian judge, which I found out after I lost; I couldn't appeal the decision or take my case to court. The man is a fraud and very unprofessional for a litigation case! He set me back years!! I felt other people should know the facts & my experience dealing with Mike C Jones!
