We started the claim process on June 15, 2021. In September 2025, I signed the documents where we reached an agreement, and since then, nothing has been resolved. When I send messages to check on the status, their response is always the same: "Good morning, we have reached an agreement with the insurance company and are awaiting release." I don't mean to be difficult, because I understand that things take time, but five years seems unfair, especially considering how long I've already waited.
