My attorney engaged George Corbyn to act as a mediator in a very complex oil and gas litigation case. The mediation statement was very detailed and included a significant number of exhibits. It was clear during the course of the mediation that he was unprepared. He was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. It was clear during the course of the mediation that he was unprepared. He was rude, unprofessional, and discriminatory. When I received the bill from the firm, he only billed one hour for preparation. Given the volume of information he received, I would have expected to be billed at least 4-5 hours. I would not recommend Mr. Corbyn.
