WARNING!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! Beware of attorney Timothy Chambers. He is very uneducated in the areas of bankruptcy law. There were key factors in my case that any attorney would have known that I should have filed a chapter 7 rather than a chapter 13. As a client I look to my attorney for guidance and understanding during a very difficult time. Timothy’s very rude and unprofessional demeanor is unbelievable. He treats his clients as they are defendants in a criminal case. He does not take responsibility for any of his mistakes and blames them all on you. He asked for the same documentation multiple times staring he didn’t receive anything just to find out he did receive them later down the line. He missed 2 scheduled appointments that we had and wanted to charged me $35 for missing and appointment that he rescheduled without my knowledge while I was at work. He missed my scheduled appointments hearing with the courts because he double booked. We waiting on zoom for 30 minutes in silence until his wife who I had never met until that time showed up on his behalf (how embarrassing) My case was dismissed because he failed to submit the proper documents in a timely manner even though I submitted them to him immediately upon request. Working with Timothy has been one of the worst and unprofessional experiences I have ever had. RETAIN AS COUNCIL AT YOUR OWN RISK!
