Mr Foster was appointed by the court as my Son's Attorney. Mr Foster never bothered to speak to my Son not once while detained. He never took in consideration any information I would suggest. Mr Foster was appointed by the court as my Son's Attorney. Mr Foster never bothered to speak to my Son not once while detained. He never took in consideration any information I would suggest. He would show up minutes before court dates and spoke with my Son about 5 minutes.
On the date of his trial he made me believe that for him to settle for 60 years was his only chance. That if he went to trial it would be 99 years. Sadly I now realize he never tried to do anything for my Son at least get him less than 60 years.
Please don't make the same mistake I did!! I will never forget seeing Foster afterwards on his cell phone laughing never did he give us any type of empathy or reassurance. I will never forget how this Man didn't give a Damm. Even if it's a lost cause do your job! We trusted you!!

A Steve(Stephen) called me, and said he had only 2 minutes or so to hear me out and sounded like he was either having breakfast or lunch, you could hear some type of music in the background all along while I'm pleading my case. In the end, he didn't seem he put to much interest or attention in what I said and also said he would call me back that afternoon. I never heard back from him. I think it was inconciderate, negligent, almost like the people I'm actually looking to sue.
