From a service standpoint, I cannot recommend this firm, at all. From a service standpoint, I cannot recommend this firm, at all. After spending thousands of dollars to do a will and trust, I found my instructions and wishes were not followed as discussed and which were written down and provided. Furthermore, when I requested that a name of a beneficiary be changed, a seemingly quick and easy thing to do, I was quoted $700 to make it. When I questioned the cost and asked if it could be done for less given the simplicity of my request, they stopped responding. I noticed also that I didn't have a copy of the will that wasn't sealed in an envelope that I was told not to open, so I went into the office to request it. I was told the attorney would give me a call about it. Seems like a pretty simple request, yet after 4 business days I still haven't heard back. I found another attorney to make the name change, along with fixing other things that weren't done properly, for less than half what they wanted to charge. I'm so disappointed.
