The experience was excellent. They were able to arrange for us to use Zoom to meet with Crystal Lewis for all the initial meetings. The attorney, Crystal Lewis did a great job of putting together our trust and did a great job of going thru each area of the trust and get all of the documents signed. The attorney, Crystal Lewis did a great job of putting together our trust and did a great job of going thru each area of the trust and get all of the documents signed.
They were also able to use Zoom to explain to our sons about the Trust and what would happen during various congentincies.
Overall an excllent experience. Thanks to everyone there.

Horrible experience. With already dealing with grief I had thought the lawyer would know what she is doing and at least that would give me some peace of mind. My case dragged on for way too long and kept being told this and that would be done but then nothing and reaching out I would always get an assistant response making promises that never came through. I don’t feel that...
Horrible experience. With already dealing with grief I had thought the lawyer would know what she is doing and at least that would give me some peace of mind. My case dragged on for way too long and kept being told this and that would be done but then nothing and reaching out I would always get an assistant response making promises that never came through. I don’t feel that they know what they are doing and the staff has no clue or direction from the lawyer. Also the billing is ridiculous I was billed numerous times for the same thing. Sorry but I don’t need to be billed for three people reviewing the same email!!!! Incompetent and not communicative at all.

had a good sense of humor and was patient to answer our many questions. The binder we received at completion of the process contains way more helpful information than we expected, for our family & successor trustee. Highly recommend!
