My parents wanted to create a living will and revocable trust last year. I found S. Nicky Mitchell through legal assistance at my place of employment and I could not have been more satisfied. She was very patient and thorough with my parents. She took her time explaining all the legal options available to them and answered every question they had (as well as all of mine). She was very welcoming and honestly treated them as if they were her own parents. She regularly communicated to provide updates throughout the entire process. My parents were extremely satisfied and I will be using her in the future to set up my own will and trust.

I wish I could leave 10 negative stars but I can’t post if I don’t leave a star and I’m upset about this because I don’t like lying. Just like 1 reviewer said she’s very rude. If you have a problem and try to contact her she’ll tell her secretary that she’s in a meeting and she’ll call you back “She never does”. She’ll email you instead. (Such a Joke). When you try to tell her your situation she doesn’t listen. She’ll say instead “I don’t have anything to do with that”. I obtained her through my employer and sent all my paperwork over only to be questioned about what I put on the paper work. If I wrote it down that’s what is. Oh and please don’t have your money on a garnishment hold because all she wants to do is “In her words is get the discharge” when really all she had to say is that’s all your employer paid me for, like they did. I had several things to arise after she decided to request to remove herself off my case, that I ended up taking care of myself. Long story short everything was horrible. PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THE 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I found S. Nicky Mitchell through an EAP program in 2016. My first time using it and I felt like I lucked up when I found her. She was professional, thoroughly communicative, and organized case details well. Later in the case there was dissatisfaction with her representation. The mediation was a nightmare. Her thoroughness disappeared at a moment I really needed her, to be, with the opposing side. Signing a mediated settlement agreement has been traumatic, disastrous, and perhaps a mistake.
