Documents were drafted for review in less than a week. The online portal made access to documents easy. My parents were able to sign all final drafts in person with Rachel as she was also the notary. I hired Palecek, Morrison & Associates to update my trust as I had used them before and they did a good job. I even referred some new business to them. This time around, the service experience was absolutely horrible for both me and the referral I sent to them. The referral dropped after the first discussion with the firm which was a paid consultation. After several months of back and forth on my trust updates and AFTER they collected on the funds from MetLife, it became clear that they were not interested in finishing the job. I finally decided to terminate the engagement with them as well. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.
