He was successful in substituting a new expert replacing the original expert selected by my first attorney. He fought off all the pre-trial motions to keep the case alive and then tried the case to a jury for over a week and won a plaintiffs verdict for the death of my daughter! I have no doubt that if I had not selected Don Discepolo, I would not have won a victory for my daughter’s death against the negligent ob/gyn practice.
