A service was promised to me, and more than six months have passed without any communication or update from the owner of the office about my case. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this law office. A service was promised to me, and more than six months have passed without any communication or update from the owner of the office about my case.
I have called the office many times, and every time I am told the same thing: that someone will return my call. However, that call never happens. I have also sent multiple emails, and none of them have been answered.
For a law office, this level of poor communication and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. Clients trust attorneys with serious and important matters, and being ignored for over six months shows a clear lack of responsibility and respect for clients.
At this point, it feels like once they have your business, they simply stop caring. I would strongly caution anyone considering this office to think twice. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

a lawyer is distinguished by his professionalism and efficiency but here there is nothing of that. She won’t even move a finger! Trust me (3 cases, same thing) she will just “apologize” 🙄 Worst service EVER!
To all Hispanics people out there DO NOT TRY THIS “lawyer”.
