This is the second time hiring Mr. Wagner to represent me in a child custody case. He has been an excellent attorney for both cases. The first case was lengthy and involved representation in juvenile court. His pricing was fair and his representation phenomenal. This current case was even more amazing as we were able to come to a settlement where I feel I got what was most important to me and what was in the best interest of my child. Mr. Wagner offered a lot of guidance and support throughout the process of the case. I would highly recommend him for family law needs. He is a great attorney and has a lot of experience with family law (20+ years) and will advise you based on what you can expect from the court system. His paralegal is exceptional. She was very responsive and provided a lot of information regarding documents and filings and such. She was able to get me quick phone/in office meetings with Jeff in a timely manner.
