I don't under how there is no help for us as small people yet while .... gets bail outs all the time Companies like this is a disgrace while you have Carmen Gonzalez a representative whom gets a pay for screening phone calls while mines is being taken in this inflation economy.

They're more than happy to communicate effectively and consistently up until the point in which you send money. After that? The communication almost ceases in its entirety.
