*Edit to my original review* I want to express that Mr Pagano and his current staff were excellent, and my issues were primarily with the one staffer. That said, I also apologize. When I wrote this review I was also under a great deal of stress from my child's medical situation, which colored my perception of the events heavily. I very much appreciate what Mr Pagano did for us, and would be happy to work with him in the future if I needed his assistance again.* Everything was going great with them initially, we had our appointment, everything was set up. We've had good communication since then, but recently my wife and I had to cancel our chapter 13 so we could sell our home. Ever since we spoke on the phone with this office about this, I've been ignored. I was told a meeting would be set up with Mr Pagano, which never materialized. I was told that I would be sent a docusign. I nor my wife have recieved anything. 9 times out of 10 when I call it goes to voice-mail. I was informed one of the ladies I'd been dealing with directly had quit to go to a new job, but hadn't bothered to pass my case on to her coworker, who was entirely unaware of rhe situation. This could possibly cost me a lot. We're facing foreclosure, and at this point the ONLY thing holding us back from putting our house on the market and selling is this law office. I'm very frustrated and wish that I had never signed on with them. Mr Pagano, you were fantastic, but your staff needs MAJOR work.

My Granddaughter referred me to y’all and y’all did the best service quicker I ever seen for a chapter 7 appreciate all that y’all done for me. I couldn’t ask for more. We got everything done within a month. The discharge took place in a month. I am so happy if I know anybody in y’all service, I will always refer y’all. Thank you so much and all the teamwork that y’all help me to get this work done.
