I had conversation with Mr. Logan. He was polite, but said they could not help. I asked if there was anyone he could recommend in the area. I guess not because he hung up on me saying "good luck, bye- bye". Click. I agree that an attorney does not have time to spend time with clients they cannot help, but I looked and the call was less than 3 minutes long and hanging up on someone is unprofessional.

This is not easy for me to write, but I feel it’s important to share — especially for others looking for legal support in vulnerable situations. I hired Ryan Olsen from Logan & Lowry in 2022 after I was sexually assaulted while receiving emergency care at a hospital. As someone living with cerebral palsy, navigating the legal system is already overwhelming. I needed an attorney who would not just fight for me, but communicate with me and guide me through a very traumatic and complicated process. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Despite multiple calls begging for help preserving hospital surveillance footage and police video, I received little to no follow-up. The case was allowed to fall through the cracks. Then, with no real warning, I received a termination letter. Just a week later, opposing counsel scheduled a hearing to expunge the protective order I had filed against the man who hurt me — and because I had no lawyer, I stood alone in court, unprepared, unsupported, and completely overwhelmed. A judge literally told me, “You need an attorney,” but by then it was too late. This experience broke me in ways I can’t even fully explain. For anyone else with a disability, or anyone going through trauma, please be careful. This law firm did not protect me. It left me to fight for justice on my own — and I’m still fighting today, years later.

Most unprofessional place I have ever heard of. Spoke with an older gentlemen and he spoke with my wife and I for 5 minutes and said “oh that’s your consultation” the most useful thing he said was “I don’t understand” so clearly he doesn’t have a proper understanding of the law and should consider going back to law school if he can’t grasp such a simple concept of answering a question with a real response instead of a 5 year olds answer
