I sought Ms. Graceffa's help when I was involved with a dissolution of a duplex I co-owned and lived in with long-term friends. It was not a happy dissolution, and I was angry and bitter. Deb was clear with me about my rights and options, and I learned that I could trust that she had my back. At the same time, when I was going astray in a competitive and emotional way, she would sometimes gently, and at other times more directly, remind me to look forward to how much better my life was going to be after I moved out, and moved on. She was right, and I am very thankful for her skillful and wise counsel.
