There is a lot that goes into a legal case like this, and John seemed to know his stuff. When I finally got my settlement, he said everything was taken care of. When I finally got my settlement, he said everything was taken care of. However, I keep getting bills from different doctors and the ER visit from the accident that were not paid by the settlement. I had to wait to get the settlement until everything was paid. I had provided all the bills on our first visit, and he said the ER bill was handled. It was not. I thought it was all over, but it just keeps going.
The hospital said that no one from this office ever called about the bill like John said.
