re: Ms. Sada,
I am disappointed by the aggressive tactics used by Alpine Credit and Carolina M. Sada. Despite the debt originating from a life-threatening medical emergency (sepsis), they moved quickly to litigation rather than seeking a reasonable resolution. Their approach feels predatory toward patients who have already endured significant health trauma.

I have been using Greenberg for years. I had no idea that Alan was just sitting on my accounts and didn't process many of them. When I finally found out, his explanation was that he wasn't prepared to take 1 or 2 at a time. He should have told me that years ago. Now after some being a year or more old. I have to go thru the brain damage...

Between this attorney and the collection agency, someone got their wires crossed because my item was paid on September 27 but yet you guys still serve me with paperwork 12 days later. We told the radiology department that we’re waiting for paperwork to come back from Medicare to say that they can’t do anything about it because I was NOT 65 years at the time. So you guys can blame...
Between this attorney and the collection agency, someone got their wires crossed because my item was paid on September 27 but yet you guys still serve me with paperwork 12 days later. We told the radiology department that we’re waiting for paperwork to come back from Medicare to say that they can’t do anything about it because I was NOT 65 years at the time. So you guys can blame the radiology department and doctor for the late payment don’t come after me. You guys gotta learn to handle this business a little bit better.
