Mike Polk was wonderful to work with. He had already come highly recommended to us. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and made what felt like a daunting task, quite easy. We are so thankful for him and also plan to use him for future business needs. Thank you, Mike!

Very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Helping us with a elder abuse and guardianship case and they are putting in 110%.

Mike Polk has done a great job helping us with our will and other matters. He listens to what you need and provides great service. Also, the fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and Belser Law Firm.

Unfortunately, I've had two family members pass away, one was 3 years and the other was 2 years ago but neither case has finished in probate and I think the longer they take, the more money they make and the less liquidated assets available for family members. We are still waiting...

We are most definitely working with this firm.
I am just not personally handling the formalities!
