Mr. Green was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I called after normal business hours - on a Friday! - and he spent a half hour walking me through the complexities of defamation cases. Even though he advised against pursuing legal action, he still gave me some very useful and practical suggestions. In my experience, law firms usually want to start charging billable hours for anything past a 5 min initial intake. It was refreshing to find a firm that was truly interested in helping people, even if that help meant turning down a potential client!
