I effectively had the same experience as the gentlemen below. I provided an in-depth case information, TPIA request guidelines, personnel involved, specific offenses, etc. The Kardell's are highly disorganized and out of sync, will bait you in then bail last second if it's not an easy win. I provided an in-depth case information, TPIA request guidelines, personnel involved, specific offenses, etc.
The Kardell's are highly disorganized and out of sync, will bait you in then bail last second if it's not an easy win.
They are near impossible to work with due to their inability to use technology effectively.
My experience with them literally left me in a state worse then when I started to pursue whistleblower protections.
I would take a few extra days and find a real firm if you want to be successful in your legal efforts.

I want To be clear I did in fact hire this attorney! I do have the documents proving so. If you google his business you'll find other reviews or complaints in the past year so IDK guess he's just getting greedy and sloppy! The only thing this attorney did was take my money. The only thing this attorney did was take my money. Then he became very hard to reach. I gave this firm a couple months to do something. It wasn't until I start pushing for results that he sent 1 letter. The time stamps on the emails refereed to me show that to be the case.
I responded to one of their emails and for 3 weeks I didn't hear anything!
He agreed to refund then didn't so I went through the Attorney Client Assistance Program operated by the State of Texas and he didn't even respond to them after 30 days and I finally had to file a Grievance with the State Bar
