From start to finish Joe was right by my side. If you call and he doesn't answer, you will get a call back right away. He communicates so well and no question is a dumb one. He makes you feel like your his only client which I'm sure he had plenty of others than just mine. When it came to our 341 meeting, we were the most organized ones of the group. When Joe tells you what he needs get it to him and trust his process.
