Neha is an outstanding attorney who not only provided brilliant legal logic and organization but also a rare level of empathy. She guided me through the most sensitive details with such care that I never felt overwhelmed or triggered. It felt like having a legal expert and a supportive counselor in one. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend Neha to anyone needing a compassionate, top-tier advocate.

Neha is an excellent and an extraordinary attorney. We hired her for my green card case and it went super smoothly. All of the completed paperwork was precise and flawless. Neha always answered emails in a timely manner. She answered all our questions through video calls and guided us through the entire process from filing the I-130 until I got my green card.
Moreover, she spent her valuable time for preparing me for my consular interview and was on standby in case I had any questions right before/after my interview.
Special shoutout to Elizabeth Campos (a Paralegal at Open Sky Law) as well who helped us with completing the paperwork. All forms/paperwork completed by Elizabeth for us was flawless.
I will definitely recommend Open Sky Law and Neha as an attorney to anyone who is seeking legal/professional services related to US immigration.

I have hired and consulted with several lawyers regarding my situation. In compare to others, I found Whitney one of the best attorney among all other attorneys whom I had spoken with or hired them for my asylum application. Whitney is very details oriented, organized, and very well knowledgeable about every single scenario that is linked to my asylum claim. Every time I needed to share my concern with her, she was always there with the best possible advices and solutions. Even if I was busy sometimes or forgotten about something, she was reminding me of sending a document or talking to her about it. She was following up with me about my case every time she needed something from my end to do. If I would have not hired Whitney, I was not able to succeed with my asylum application. The work she did and the time she spent on my case was absolutely beyond what I was expecting
