Great experience. He devotes a lot of time to your case. Great communication. We have had other lawyers before and they always have been hard to reach and working on to many cases to focus on yours

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration after my call with Philip from your office. As a survivor who has already endured exploitation and harm, I reached out in hopes of finding a law firm that actually stands for justice and the protection of vulnerable individuals. What I experienced was the exact opposite.
Instead of even attempting to understand the depth of my case or my circumstances, I was immediately told your “business” only works at $450 an hour, no exceptions, no flexibility, and no genuine engagement with the reality of what survivors face. When I attempted to explain the level of exploitation I’ve already suffered and that I was seeking help, not another transactional relationship, I was dismissed outright. Philip became defensive, cold, and ultimately hung up after making it clear your firm is only interested in people who can afford premium rates up front.
This is not “protection” it’s gatekeeping. It’s everything that is broken about the legal system and why survivors are so often retraumatized by the very professionals who claim to offer justice. You had the opportunity to step up, to listen, to use your authority to protect someone who truly needs it, and you chose profit instead.
It is appalling that a firm which advertises itself as serving the Las Vegas community has so little interest in access to justice for people who have already been harmed. You are not “protecting” anyone by forcing survivors to beg for basic help or demanding $450/hour as the only path to being taken seriously.
I am documenting and sharing this experience publicly so other survivors know what to expect from your office. We deserve better. We deserve attorneys who see our humanity and the real cost of turning people away.
If you have any interest in changing this pattern, I am open to a genuine, non-transactional conversation about survivor justice. Otherwise, I will be warning others and continuing my search for a law firm that actually stands for what is right.
