This is my second time using The law offices of Brad Husen. Their team has consistently been professional, caring, and they answer every question I have had throughout the process.
Over the years I have recommended several other friends/family who have all had the same experience. They communicate extremely well, answer the silly paranoid questions that come up, explain current situations, and provide confident solid advice every step of the way. I have had the pleasure of working with Josh, Jake, and Brad as well as several of their team members in the office.
I will gladly recommend them to anyone needing legal advice or support in the future. To them you aren't just a $ sign or another client, they genuinely care in making sure you are taken care of.

My experience with Brad Huston Law Firm was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My dad and I were repeatedly told that a settlement offer would be sent to the insurance company, and we were told this twice over the course of two months. Unfortunately, we later found out that the offer was never sent at all, despite being told otherwise. Communication was poor, and we felt misled throughout the process. What...
My experience with Brad Huston Law Firm was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My dad and I were repeatedly told that a settlement offer would be sent to the insurance company, and we were told this twice over the course of two months. Unfortunately, we later found out that the offer was never sent at all, despite being told otherwise.
Communication was poor, and we felt misled throughout the process. What made the situation even worse was that after we left a review describing our experience, Brad Huston threatened to sue my dad if the review wasn’t taken down. Instead of addressing the concerns or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the response was intimidation.
Overall, this experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering this firm be very cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented.

He lied to me twice saying that he was sending out a settlement offer to an insurance company. but never did, He told me he could get more money if my daughter had injections done. No Way is my daughter getting procedures done that she doesn’t need.
Update: Five hours after I posted this review. I received a phone call from Brad. He told me he was going to take action and I should receive a lawsuit, because of my opinion and experience of his law office. I’m sure that goes against some of Google’s review policies. Make sure to stay away from this law office.
