I contacted Chris Below to seek legal advice on a business issue I was encountering. I initially spoke with Chris and outlined the details of what had transpired and ultimately why I was seeking legal assistance. Chris mentioned a retainer and fees (hourly) while I understand the cost benefit analysis from his perspective. I was simply wanting to know my options, could I go through small claims, better business, attorney general for the issues I was encountering. I was unable to have that simple question answered. I was told about arbitration and how his service fees could be reimbursed again not my concern when I am only seeking legal guidance at this point. I was chastised on my decisions rather than focusing on solutions for my problem. Chris asked for supporting documentation which I did provide for review and was told he would let me know his opinion after review. I never heard from Chris after the document request.
