Ms. Brown was wonderful! She answered my questions and concerns. If I didn't understand something, Ms. Brown broke it down so I could. I was feeling anxious about my case and Ms. Brown reassured me. She was always very quick to respond to emails I sent and was very accommodating for the late work schedule I had. I would recommend her to anyone!

Terrible. Doesn't respond for weeks or months at a time. Insulting, condescending, rude. She may as well be on the other side because she doesn't defend me. She doesn't even listen to me. I initially had a positive outlook about things after our first meeting, because she made a great first impression. Apparently, that was only a facade. I am so very disappointed. I was counting on her to help...

I initially had a positive outlook about things after our first meeting, because she made a great first impression. Apparently, that was only a facade. I am so very disappointed. I was counting on her to help me, to guide me, to advocate for me. Instead, she simply parrots whatever those against me are saying, which doesn't really help at all. So now I don't know who to turn to for assistance, the whole situation seems completely hopeless, and I am heartbroken and confused and even more frightened than I was before meeting Ms. Brown.
