Kitra Schartz and her staff are amazing. I have gone through 3 other attorneys in my decade long, ongoing custody/divorce case and she is the only attorney who has ticked all the boxes. She is excellent at researching the history of the case and understanding exactly what you need, getting everything organized/prepared for court, amazing in court, very responsive through email, and even gives guidance on how to handle out...

After going through a year long toxic divorce and custody battle she finally was able to get a solid win & something we weren’t sure was going to happen. This case was a bit different as I am only in KS by marriage (military) and am wanting to go back home but we have a young child. Of course I was requesting to take him with me. My ex did everything in his power to ensure that didn’t happen, including GETTING OUT OF THE ARMY (yes, that’s how crazy this entire thing has been)!!
Kitra has been amazing throughout this entire process. Always quick to communicate, working quickly and in a timely manner, always prepared, & always compassionate.
