If jumping to ill-founded conclusions was an Olympic sport.....Kathryn Ciesla would be a gold medalist. Ms Ciesla was my family's court ordered GAL. She worked / charged me over $20,000 for 28 months of work. In all of that time I spoke to her for less than 90 minutes and had no email communication from / with her. Ms Ciesla was my family's court ordered GAL. She worked / charged me over $20,000 for 28 months of work. In all of that time I spoke to her for less than 90 minutes and had no email communication from / with her. She was simply not interested in seeking any of my input as a father nor doing the work to get the "other side of the story."
Her recommendations to the court regarding my contact with my children were totally ignored by the judge. The judge ruled directly opposite of what Ms Ciesla robustly recommended.
In my 30 year professional career I have met very few people with less objectivety and such low integrity.
Do your yourself (and your family) a favor and run, do not walk away from having anything to do with Kathryn Ciesla.
