I am writing to formally address concerns regarding Mr. Moore's representation of me which resulted in a guilty plea on my behalf At the time of the plea he was aware that the original person that was connected to this bogus case admitted to him that he was responsible for the text in question. Ultimately this person had this case dismissed and I came away with a felony. I am a 79 year old female, an R.N., that has worked to help people and had never been in trouble. I was arrested in the middle of the night, hand cuffed, striped naked, harassed by the arresting sheriff and spent the night in jail. Additionally he charged me $7500. and had never given an accounting of how the money was used. He met with me twice in his office for about one hr. each time and twice in court. It doesn't take much time to plead someone guilty. I expected honest communication, advice and transparency instead experienced the opposite. This would have been an easy win with my history. He frightened me with trying to convince 12 people that I was innocent, "you never know the outcome." I do not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking fair,` ethical representation. Instead he used my panic and fear to plead me guilty. Mary Furlong
