I worked with JC Stiassni at As Your Counsel on a disputed Hertz rental-car damage claim after months of frustrating back-and-forth. JC reviewed the evidence and correspondence, gave me a clear and candid assessment of my position, and recommended a practical path to resolution. He identified the weaknesses in the amount Hertz was demanding and drafted a counteroffer that Hertz accepted. We settled for $600, and Hertz confirmed the claim...

He identified the weaknesses in the amount Hertz was demanding and drafted a counteroffer that Hertz accepted. We settled for $600, and Hertz confirmed the claim was closed.
I especially appreciated his straightforward explanations, attention to detail, and focus on resolving the problem. His advice helped me bring a drawn-out dispute to an end. I would happily recommend JC and As Your Counsel.
