I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael, Christen Entwistle, and the entire team at Van Law. From the very beginning, I felt like I was in excellent hands. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about me and my case. Michael and Christen took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and always made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. What stood out to me most was how attentive and compassionate they were. I never felt like just another client or case number — I truly felt that they had my best interests at heart and were willing to go above and beyond for me. Finding an attorney and legal team you can truly trust makes such a difference, especially during a stressful situation. Definitely would not recommend this firm. The paralegals were great but Mr. Van clearly did not have my best interest in mind. Below is a shorter version of what occurred to me and I why I would never recommend this firm. I received a referral to Michael Van from a good friend and initially found him responsive; however, the first letter sent on my behalf contained inaccurate information that immediately showed the other party my attorney had a lack of understanding of the case. I later became aware of a personal connection between Mr. Van and one of the opposing parties, which raised concerns about a potential conflict of interest. Follow-up on requested documents did not occur, and I wrote one of the demand letters myself to try and save money in attorney fees. Mr. Van also declined to document his conversations with the other party in writing. After terminating the representation, I was billed additional fees, including charges for conversations that were not documented. Although part of the balance was later reduced, I was informed the matter could be sent to collections. Only after I filed a complaint with the State Bar did he attempt further contact to resolve the issue but refused again to put anything in writing.

I am so thankful to have hired Christen, Kris, and Mike! Christen was so detailed, responsive, and caring. Christen and Kris made everything about this process wonderful from answering every email, call, and text! They took care of my case as if it was their own personal life. I got the best result, better than I could have ever imagined! I am forever grateful for Christen and her team ! I would recommend vc2 law to anyone needing an attorney that knows their stuff and is attentive and compassionate!
