Kelly is inadequate at listening and putting together an actual case. She also does not seem to like medical complex cases. It's to much for a NP who doesn't listen. Kelly is inadequate at listening and putting together an actual case. She also does not seem to like medical complex cases. It's to much for a NP who doesn't listen. I'm glad I talked with her first since she is the medical part of their team it shows me they have a huge bling spot! If the firm's medical component relies heavily on someone who doesn't adequately listen to the medical chronology or isn't comfortable working through a medically complex case, that could become a problem when the case depends on connecting multiple clinical events.
