Becky helped me get through my divorce, she was always very quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout the process! I was able to retain my rights as a father, and the divorce was settled very quickly!

Recently, I spent several weeks calling the office simply trying to get an update on my case and understand what the next steps would be. After multiple attempts, I finally received a return phone call last week.
During that conversation, I was informed that the individual who had been handling my case was no longer employed with the firm. What bothered me most was that this person had apparently been gone for some time, yet nobody had thought to notify me, introduce whoever would be taking over, or provide any communication regarding the status of my case.
Throughout my conversation with Chris, I was asked several questions that I felt should have already been answered by reviewing my case information. What was even more disappointing was hearing my case described as “annoying” and “a mess.”
As a client, I understand that cases can be complicated. However, I don’t believe any client should be made to feel like their situation is an inconvenience, especially when they are simply asking for an update on a matter they have entrusted to a professional.
After ending that phone call, I found myself questioning the communication, organization, and overall attention my case had received since I first began working with this firm.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect professionalism, transparency, and basic communication. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling as though my case was more of a burden than a responsibility the firm had agreed to take on.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
I understand that Ammon is an attorney and that his time is valuable. However, I believe that every client's time deserves the same level of respect and consideration, regardless of their profession or circumstances. I am currently pursuing my MBA, attending fashion school, and studying French in preparation for studying abroad. I am also a single mother of four children, one of whom has special needs, while working three jobs...

I am currently pursuing my MBA, attending fashion school, and studying French in preparation for studying abroad. I am also a single mother of four children, one of whom has special needs, while working three jobs and attending school full-time. I mention this not to compare accomplishments, but to emphasize that my time and responsibilities are just as important as anyone else's.
I had a consultation scheduled with Ammon on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. I made arrangements to leave class early specifically to ensure that I would be available, prepared, and on time for our appointment. I respected his schedule and expected the same professional courtesy in return.
Unfortunately, the scheduled time came and went without a phone call. By 3:30 p.m., three hours after our scheduled consultation, I still had not received a call.
What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I was referred to this firm by another attorney. I approached this consultation with confidence in the firm's professionalism and reputation, only to be left waiting without communication.
I recognize that attorneys have demanding schedules and that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, a simple phone call, email, or notification explaining a delay would have demonstrated basic professionalism and respect.
Professionalism is not determined solely by education, credentials, or professional titles. It is also demonstrated through accountability, communication, reliability, and respect for others.
When someone seeks legal representation, they are placing their trust in an attorney to be dependable and attentive to their concerns. Unfortunately, my initial experience with this firm did not reflect those qualities.
I sincerely hope this firm takes this feedback seriously, because respecting a prospective client's time should be a fundamental part of providing professional legal services.
Absolutely professional, on point and caring. Explained options that suited my needs and worked with me every step of the way through my divorce case. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is needing legal support and assistance! These guys are amazing!!
The Law firm was very professional in all aspects of my divorce. Everyone was upfront in their advice regarding all of the legal aspects I was facing. Rebecca Buck (Licensed Paralegal Practitioner) was extremely helpful explaining the process and options I had. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal aid.
