I had an initial consultation with this firm, and we agreed to move forward with my case. However, after I felt that very little progress had been made, I began asking questions about how my case was being handled.
I sent the attorney a message requesting clarification on several important issues, including:
What specific work had been performed to investigate and evaluate my case?
What evidence, police reports, records, witness information, and other documentation had been reviewed?
What was the legal basis for the attorney’s conclusions about my case?
- Had the owner’s prior knowledge of security concerns and its alleged failure to implement reasonable preventive measures been fully evaluated?
- Were there any conflicts of interest or other circumstances that could affect the representation?
- What was the plan for moving forward, and what deadlines or other time-sensitive considerations did I need to understand?
These were legitimate questions about my case and the work being performed on my behalf. Rather than receiving the clarity I was seeking, I was informed that the firm was terminating its representation.
The timing of this decision, immediately after I raised my concerns, left me with serious unanswered questions and reinforced my suspicions that there might have been a conflict of interest or another circumstance affecting the representation. I cannot independently establish that a conflict existed, but the circumstances left me deeply concerned.
My disappointment is not simply that the firm decided not to continue with my case. It is that, after agreeing to represent me, the firm ended the relationship when I asked for a clearer explanation of the investigation, legal strategy, and progress.
My advice to anyone considering this firm is to ask detailed questions about how your case will be handled, what work will be performed, and under what circumstances the firm may terminate representation. Even after signing a representation agreement, you should understand that the attorney-client relationship may end, subject to the agreement and applicable professional obligations.
Based on my personal experience, I left feeling that my time had been wasted and that important questions about my case remained unanswered. I would encourage prospective clients to proceed carefully and make sure they receive clear communication about the status of their cases.
I’m extremely grateful for the way Ardalan Injury Law handled my case. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through what was a very stressful experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and kind throughout the process. I especially want to thank Jessica for all the work she put into getting my medical bills reduced. I'm very grateful for everything the Ardalan team...

Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and kind throughout the process. I especially want to thank Jessica for all the work she put into getting my medical bills reduced. I'm very grateful for everything the Ardalan team did for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney.
I'm a personal injury attorney in Austin myself, and I hired Ard to help me with my own injury case after I was hit by a drunk driver. Ard and his staff did an excellent job and fought hard to get me the same great outcome I work to get my own clients!
