Andrei Armas, on a scale of 1- 5, gets a 10!!!! He knocked it out of the park in every way on my scam case. We never met in person. We talked once by phone, and all the rest has been by email. But in the time he took over my scam case, he knew what to do and how to do it. When no customer care was done by the plaintiff, he took the case to court so I could speak to a judge about it. Then he called the plaintiff, shared this step with them, and encouraged them to drop the case as they had better fish to fry. They heard him! They agreed to dismissing the case. He also made sure that they cleared my credit rating and it went from poor to exceptional. AND I didn't have to pay the plaintiff anything to settle the case!!! A win, Win, WIN!!!!
