Our family was fortunate to be introduced to Stuart Austin during one of our darkest times. I was the scaredest I had ever been in my life for my son and Mr. Austin put me at ease, explained the legal situation and made me feel that my world wasn't coming to the end. When my son was incarcerated, he thought it was the end of the world for him and he didn't know where to turn, but Mr. Austin put his fears at ease and was able to get him to communicate all his problems in order to help him get the best plea bargain possible.
We had spoken with others who made us feel they couldn't care less, but Mr. Austin treated my son and I with the utmost respect. No question was too small for him to answer. Whenever I reached out to the office either by phone or email, I received a response quickly which put me at ease as well. He did right by us and I am so thankful we were recommended to him.
