The trust included SNT (special needs trust ) for our special needs adult child and also sub-trusts for our other adult children
Bronson DeKoning support and Knowledge during the entire process were 2nd to none !
He guided us through the multiple documents, review and answered all our questions within a day or two (sometimes sooner), review and commented on a letter we wrote our children explaining the trusts and our goals.
If you need to create a living trust or SNT only, Battaglia & DeKoning is the place to go.

I had a complex Supplemental Needs Trust to establish that required both SSA and IRS compliance with specifics for funding and distributions. Bronson created it, modified it for our specific circumstances and for a very reasonable price given how bespoke it was. Highly recommended and I will be retaining him for the future.
