**Unfortunately, My Experience Doesn't Reflect the Positive Reviews** I see that this company has received numerous positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had better experiences. Unfortunately, mine has been very different. I paid this firm approximately **$16,000 for tax resolution services**, money that could have gone directly toward reducing my IRS balance. Given that substantial investment, I expected professional guidance, transparency, and a resolution strategy appropriate for my financial circumstances. In 2025, I was informed that an IRS payment arrangement had been negotiated for $500 per month, increasing to $900 after one year. However, in August 2026, I received notification that my payment was increasing to $1,400. After contacting the IRS myself, I learned that my account was in a Partial Payment Installment Agreement (PPIA), that the terms did not match what had been communicated to me, and that the IRS had not received certain required documentation from the firm. Things became even more concerning when I learned I would be laid off. I notified the firm and provided my separation agreement, but was simply told it would be added to my file. After losing my job, I contacted the IRS again because I was concerned about defaulting on my agreement. During that conversation, an IRS representative advised me that Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status might be a more appropriate option given my unemployment. What bothers me most is that I had already informed the firm of my financial circumstances, yet the focus appeared to remain on pursuing another installment agreement rather than discussing potential hardship options. **After paying $16,000, why was I the one discovering these discrepancies and learning about possible alternatives directly from the IRS?** To the company's credit, it has offered to revisit my case at no additional charge. I appreciate that gesture, but it does not erase my concerns about how the original case was handled. I have requested a complete accounting of the services performed before deciding whether to proceed. I understand that every tax situation is different, and I am not suggesting that everyone will have the same experience. However, I believe prospective clients deserve to hear both positive and negative experiences before making such a significant financial commitment. I didn't expect my tax debt to magically disappear. I expected competent representation, accurate information, and guidance that reflected my circumstances. **Looking back, I can't help but think about how much that $16,000 could have reduced my IRS balance instead.** I sincerely wish my experience matched the positive reviews, but based on what I've experienced, I cannot recommend this firm. I will update this review if the company provides documentation or takes meaningful steps to address my concerns.

Bernice Hassan and her team member, Mahima, are truly exceptional! Mahima helped me resolve over 15 years of past tax debt that totaled thousands of dollars. She worked directly with the IRS to negotiate a very low & affordable monthly repayment plan that was actually lower than what I had originally requested.
