I do not recommend Bernstein Law. In my experience, the attorney assigned to my case repeatedly disregarded my requests and made numerous mistakes in the parenting plan. He included provisions I had not requested while leaving out important points I had specifically asked to include. At the same time, I was charged a substantial amount for every email—including emails I had to send to correct those mistakes. Instead of supporting...
I do not recommend Bernstein Law. In my experience, the attorney assigned to my case repeatedly disregarded my requests and made numerous mistakes in the parenting plan. He included provisions I had not requested while leaving out important points I had specifically asked to include.
At the same time, I was charged a substantial amount for every email—including emails I had to send to correct those mistakes. Instead of supporting me, the legal team added more stress to an already difficult situation.
I was also repeatedly reminded that the opposing party had more money and could essentially dictate what I should do, even though I paid all the legal fees requested of me. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and did not feel that my concerns or instructions were properly represented. All they care about is your money.

Not only is Derek an expert who has a deeper understanding of whats actually going on despite my untrained perceptions. His staff, Namely Alyssa and another great attorney at the office John Mollaghan have all been experts in their sector and I never felt like I was being "processed" I felt consulted...

I am very disappointed in my services with Bernstein Law. It started out strong, sounding like I would be represented well but for my case i lost everything. Evidence was not presented well in court, mistakes were made or not caught, and literally ended up worse off than when I started. It was tragic for me and felt if I had better representation that things may of turned out differently.
