Bob Casey Attorney

This Attorney, (Bob Casey), contacted me when I had put a listing on 'Legal Match' and 'Lawyer.Com', for an issue with my brother, regarding my mother's estate. To be fair, he offered a lot of free legal advice in our first phone call, and then even followed up with a couple of emails, giving me more information than I could possibly use, but to no avail. I ended up handling the issues I needed to handle through other channels. Today, I contacted this man to tell him that my brother has stolen from the estate, that I was trying to get a restraining order on him so we could stop this, and I wanted to discuss what his fees would be, or if he could wait until the estate was settled to collect his fees, etcetera. While I was explaining the new Situation to him, and how it had progressed and gotten worse, he cut me off and said: This Story is going on and on and on, so what did you call me for"?! I told him I was trying to see if he'd be interested in representing me with this New Chapter in the Saga, but due to his Rudeness and being So Abrupt and Cutting me off, after he Had Just Told Me he had Plenty of Time to Talk, was the End of our 'relationship'. If somebody's going to be THAT Rude to you, that you have Not Even Hired Yet, Why would you bother considering them to represent you?! I have to have a Life-Saving Surgery Soon, or I WILL die, I don't even know how to deal with Probate AND Do That at the same time. (I have been told I will be in recovery for up to 2 months). I'm running out of time, and I will be dead it appears, before I get anything resolved! I am low income, so Nobody seems to give a damn whether I live or die, or get my brother arrested and thrown in jail, where he should be, for doing what he has done so far, at both properties that my parents own, and basically stealing from the estate over and over and over again, and leaving me with an 'empty bag' to try to pay bills with, that I cannot afford. My advice would be, as kind as this man seemed to be at first, he has now shown me a Completely Different Side of Himself, and I would Certainly Question Him Thoroughly and Diligently, before you Even Consider Hiring somebody who would be So Rude to Someone Who Is In Pain, Physically AND Emotionally, and who just lost BOTH of their Parents, within a 2-month Period.
