Alex Borden is top-notch, the best I know of. I am an attorney, but I hired Alex to litigate a trust dispute and was extremely happy I did. In crunch time, he came up with super persuasive arguments that I hadn’t thought of. If you want the best, hire Alex. Some of the comments are about the pace of the case. Alex Borden is top-notch, the best I know of. I am an attorney, but I hired Alex to litigate a trust dispute and was extremely happy I did. In crunch time, he came up with super persuasive arguments that I hadn’t thought of. If you want the best, hire Alex. Some of the comments are about the pace of the case. We don’t have much control over that. The court crawls along at its own speed. Other comments were about communication. Our experience was good, with prompt updates when requested. I don’t think you can get better than Alex.

He'll get the job done, albeit at less than a snail's pace. With my case, we've had to constantly be on top of his office with frequent calls just to get anything done. Important papers weren't filed in time with the courts, prompting a judge to intervene and ask why. Going on 8 months now since we were told they can't release the final amount due until another 4 months....

Going on 8 months now since we were told they can't release the final amount due until another 4 months. Longest 4 months of my life. Don't expect a call back either. I've spoken to Ed in the office multiple times and he's very friendly but never has an answer to my questions and never calls me back as he states. If you're looking for swift resolution to any case, look elsewhere. Your case definitely isn't a priority here but he's quick to get paid himself. The only thing he's expeditious about I'd imagine.I still like Ed in the office though. Best wishes, Ed.
