It is clear that to her, a client is not just another name on her calendar. Both she and her team give my case the attention and seriousness it deserves. Something very important is that they are always in communication, whether by phone calls or email.
The only requirement is to stay on top of calls and emails and work as a team by providing the required documents as quickly as possible.

Lately, they've had nothing but irresponsible people working in the office. I called 15 days ago to update my address, and it turns out the person who answered didn't actually update it. The person who answered again was incredibly rude and had a terrible way of answering the phone, as if she wasn't being paid to be there.
