I hired Maggie to represent me in a real estate dispute, drove and hour there and an hour home to meet with her. I hired Maggie to represent me in a real estate dispute, drove and hour there and an hour home to meet with her. She seem eager and excited to take on the case and thought we had a really good chance at winning. I wrote her a check for $750 retain her. From that day until September 13, I heard from her one time. I called at least every other week to check in. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the other attorney in the Office office did refund me my $750. Otherwise, it would be a one star. I would not recommend hiring Maggie for any of your needs.

I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I spoke to attorney Cowherd in January 26. I needed guidance on handling an estate for my deceased husband. We spoke for less than 5 minutes and no relevant information was given. It seems they held on to my deceased husbands car title unbeknownst to me and 9 months. I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I spoke to attorney Cowherd in January 26. I needed guidance on handling an estate for my deceased husband. We spoke for less than 5 minutes and no relevant information was given. It seems they held on to my deceased husbands car title unbeknownst to me and 9 months. When i found someone else that actually listened to me I got a call. 9 months later I got a call as the small town gossip let them know I retained someone else. Paralegal apprised me that they kept the title to my deceased husbands car. I asked them to mail it as I've moved 4 hours away and it came with a bill! They held onto important paperwork as leverage to extort 300.00 for doing nothing! Listening skills ZERO and exploiting a widow for 311.00 is reprehensible!
