Fast and sloppy. Emailed after closing was done since it had wrong name on title even when people who signed were different: no response after 10 days. Had to appear in office physically to remediate what was verbally reiterated in person and over phone: astounding on professionalism. We’ll see if it’s done correctly afterwards, not much hope.
