We hired Zack Shair of Cooper & Shair to handle a matter for our 16 year old daughter in Georgia Superior Court. We were very pleased with the representation that he and his staff provided. Zack was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and courteous. He did everything he said he would do and did it when he said he would do it. The successes and impressions of most small businesses greatly depend and rely on their support staff, and Cooper Shair is no different. Their support staff is excellent. Our primary contact was Eren and I can't say enough good things about her. Her demeanor was always friendly, polite, and patient. Her response times were always quick, and her explanations of things for us to do were exceptional and easy to understand. She made the process so easy for us. I don't know how much they pay her, but it is not enough. I would hire Cooper Shair again in a heartbeat, and they would always be the first ones I would call for any consultation. Thank you Zack and Eren for making our experience so good.

Our company has worked with different attorneys over the years, and that experience has taught us the importance of knowledgeable, diligent, and transparent representation. My experience with Cooper, Shair & Associates, P.C. was very disappointing. I provided the information they requested and paid for their representation, but I felt that they gave little attention to the substance of my case. I did not receive clear explanations of the work performed or the fees charged. I also observed them in court, and their performance left me with serious concerns about how prepared they were to handle the matter. When I raised my concerns and requested an explanation of the charges, their response did not address them. In my opinion, they seemed more focused on collecting fees than on moving my case forward effectively. I cannot recommend this firm. If you are considering hiring them, I suggest asking for a clear written agreement about the costs, the work they will perform, and how they will keep you informed of progress.
